Recently, I was able to stay at the newly opened Residence Inn Marriott hotel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This Marriott hotel, which opened in October 2021, is excellent for short or long-term stays while visiting Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya.
During a recent overnight flight connection through the Montreal International Airport, I was able to stay and experience the Marriott In-terminal hotel. It’s located conveniently right beside the U.S. departures area of the airport making it an ideal location to stay overnight before an early morning flight.
Today, Marriott Bonvoy announced some good (and not so good) news for it’s members. There are some minor positive updates in regards to Elite status, points expiry & Free Night Awards (FNAs). But, also there was some big and disappointing news about the Marriott Bonvoy award chart.
